I have a huge problem

    When i replace the item.pak with the new one, it doesn't log in and say something like "Windows has encountered an error and need to close the game" the erro is send log client. Help me please I really need help.

    Are you sure you replaced the new item.pak in the right file? It should be under:
    Program files > NcSoft > Aion > Data > USA > items.

    Have you placed it in
    NCSoft/Aion/Data/USA/items Folder?

    seems like you have placed them in the wrong folder

    Edit: bleh Teddie beat me to it

    Yes I replaced in this file but I can't loggin, and when i put back the item.pak that isn't 2.0 or 2.1 it log on normally...

    Are you sure your Aion client is 2.1 as well?

    Yes i'm sure i updated by the NCsoft and search for updates and fixed and re-installed the gamezaion but nothing work's.

    What OS are you using? There were reports of the item.pak having compatibility issues when having different O.Systems

    Then it may be a compatibility issue with your OS as I am using Win 7 and I have no problems with that. A Windows XP compatible item.pak would solve your problem
    (i know someone posted it somewhere but I couldn't find it; will post once I find it)

    Edit: oh here it is

    I believe you can still use the 2.0 item.pak with little to no issues
