It's kind of hard to help you if you just ***** and QQ instead of explaining your problem.

 

how about admins and anyone else in a chain of command that can at least try and solve something and not sit on a form all day and try to be mr. counselor like really is donating sopposed to help fix problems.....i think not seems to be that its just as shity "OH MY WHAT GREAT SERVICE IS OFFERED!"

Me, I sent my WU donation around the 29th and still I barely got an e-mail back as a confirmation. I don't want to push the mods as I am sure they have their own plans and schedules, but if it says 12 hours in the donation page, any customer will hang by that word and take it like it says; 12 hours. Look guys I don't mind if you take a while, but realistically, please tell us that it could take a little -more- than the 12 hours we were given.

Also, I would honestly love it if I got the credits at least by new year or something. I don't want to miss on any special promotional event just because of a small delay like this.

Leave a PM for Carl in a formal way, and he'll deal with you whenever he has the chance.

This is a private server, so don't expect much in terms of support. Heck, not even retail servers support you as much as private servers do. Your frustration is duly noted, though.

 

Your donation problems sucks but trolling and flaming will only make things worse. Send a PM to Carl or email admin@gamezaion.com explaining your situation and he'll help you as soon as he can.

It will attract attention in that you will get banned and that won't help your problem at all. I know it's hard and it really sucks but the best thing for you to do right now would be to contact the admin and wait for a response.

Wow, I highly doubt that. NCSoft has the worst support I have ever had the 'privilege' of using. They never answer e-mails, never respond to PMs, Give your name away and give you the "Tough luck kid" approach when you try to give it back. NCSoft = NCFail when it comes to support.

Like the fact the login problem wasn't even considered until a GM on another post said it effected him and now it's getting looked into.
