Problem with account been waiting forever to get some help with this issue

    i have been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone to help me with my problem on my account when i login it says you have been disconnected from server plus why i am being so consistant on getting my account back is because i donated 200$ and i hope i do not just flush that money down the toilet
