Please help me.

Hi!
My problem is that i searched everywhere but i havent found a description about how the fortresses exatly work. I mean who get the fortress after the siege(i guess that the guy's legion get it who killed the commander ) But i am especially interested in when are they become vulnerable. for example i saw its current status will last for 1 hour 20 mins i logged off then after 1 hour and 22 mins i logged in and it said its current status is lasts for 1 hour 44 minutes. so please can someone tell me how they work? thank you very much!

 

the problem right now is that they allowed recapturing aka if elyos own it and it becomes vulnerable, they can kill it again to keep it

this sux since theres WAY more elyos than asmos on this server (when forts became vulnerable today, within 5 mins elyos recapped 4 of them) if ur asmo, dont even try going there lol, u wont get there fast enough
