    Go through your skill list, and look for a skill called 'Return' and use it, should get you out of there o.o;

    It's no problem. WoW can make people's brains go weird. As Adieu stated you should have a skill called "Return". It should be a green color. If it is on cooldown try PMing a GM in game and telling them you are stuck and they can port you out if necessary.
