How to enter Steel rake

Hi, can anyone tell me which quest should i complete to enter steel rake , thanks

 

C'mon guys if someone knows please write down quest name or location

There is a entry quest (called suspisious shugo) you have to do prior to entering steel rake but im sure its bugged as ive tried to do this many times and nothing happens

Talk with Graa in Heiron at New Heiron Gate once you have reached at least Level 40. DescriptionLevel 41 Suspicious Shugo

1. Find Roikinerk and investigate who he is.

Quest Notes

Roikinerk appears in three different areas in Heiron: Along the road from the south end of Black Tears Swamp to Patema Ruins, the road through Orton Farm into Medeus Manor East, and the road in the very northwest corner of the zone west of Lepharist Research Center. His route and times appear to be random.
