Vote problem

Hi, i had voted for all the servers i was offline more then 1 min , but after i log back i dont have all the reward i mean i dont have any gredits scrolls ? why?

 

credit scrolls? could u get more specific?

if ur offline for 1 min u get ur kinah (unless the server was down)
u get ur credits regardless of whether ur online or offline (or if the server is down)

credits r added to ur account on the website, they dont show as an item ingame (and the website doesnt sell scrolls yet so idk what u meant)

if u were buying an item, it asks u to stay offline for 5 mins or u might not get it

 

idk what's your point.. O.O

 

Voting is a bit bugged at the moment and Credits/Kinah don't get received by some players. We are working on the issue and it should be resolved soon. But for a final attempt you can try logging in to your USER CP first, and then try voting to see if that makes any difference.

I logged in to my USER CP before voting, and still did not work, I been stuck at 0 credits since I started on this server. Keep in Mind that I an account on Lumiel server and Crystal server also, but I am only voting on Gamez thou.

I realized that only GM Mesmar/Longitud is paying attetion to this issue and for that I thank you =)
