MY IP Banned and I am operating game cafe.. please help

    Hello GM and everybody viewing this thread. First of all, let me say hello and happy new year to everybody.
    I am new at this forum, nor i am playing gamez aion or any online game.
    players in my game cafe said my IP has been banned due to some bad behaviours of some players. Now they cannot play GAMEZ AION anymore.

    Can GM or anyone tell me what I can do so GAMEZ AION can be played again at my cafe?
