    Is it just me or did the proc rate rise ?

    Im getting blinded like 3-5 times each duel -_-

    and i sense a great increase in their proc rate =S

    yup the proc rate rise, i got blind 10x time by ranger in duel and with other glads around 5x times or 3..

    Well rates should be higher like 100%. Well we are at high rate server, aren't we? That's what I heard for Chain trigger rate.

    Nop.. urs and many others.. its mostly blind. i swear ull get blinded like 5-7 times each duel.

    No offense.
    But are you retarded ?

    You think cuz we are a high rate server 100% blind is ok ?

    As being part of the staff you might wanna not show off that cocky and sarcastic attitude to serious matters.

    Chain trigger being 100% is NOT even close to Blind rate being 100%.


    So if you may. look into this, and if find that its true change it.

    I am.. and i assume you saw my threads which shows that im a glad.


    If you got a problem against glads then u dont belong here since 85% of the classes are glads :)

    Oh so there is acutally a problem with GS's... i knew getting blinded 7 times in 1 duel isnt normal.
