    the bonus of +15 or + whatever does not applie at the second fusioned weapon... Yet that is not your problem....
    It's wierd, firs time i see this bug. Try DEV help cuz must be something that only he can fix.

    and why is it wrong? If I may ask you? somehow it seems normal to me that you get the bonus only if you upgrade both weapons. I did it like that and had no similar problems.

    try to relog, remove and equip weapon or try to update ur item.pak
