    how can i make sure... cause everytime i connect to the internet i get a new ip

    You change proxies every time you use the internet? o_o Can't help you there.

    in some countries there are still provider that don't support static IP's.... Even I can't make sure that when i get 24hrs disconnect that i get same IP on reconnect.

    that is true. some ISP has that.
    when ever u turn off your modem.. and when u turned it back on (like the next day) you will have a new IP.

    i have that at my shop on 1 of the ISP i have. while my 2nd one uses Dynamic.. so it doesnt work the same.

    yeah.. well i dont have a modem.. i use a PPPoE connection with no modem with direct optical fiber connection, so everytime i connect to my username i get a new ip, and for the record why would i use proxy if my ip changes everytime :))
