Problem with pick up items

Hi, ppl can u help me i have problem i can' t pick up items on green, blue color, why?? normal items i pick up and i have them on cube: pls help

r u in a party? its set to dice roll by default even if ur party members arent around look for a popup box on the left side of ur screen when u try pick them up

 

First make sure you are not in a party. These can have different loot set ups like dice roll or taking turns so you may not be able to loot because of that.

Also does it say anything in particular when you try to pick them up? Like this item does not belong to you or something? You may also need the most recent item.pak also just in case. You can get it from my sig and try it out.

 

doubt its an items.pak issue, judging by the fact that this is his first post it seems like hes new here (and probably never used the items.pak anyways)

blue and green items have always been tradable and even untradable items didnt have issues with being picked up. i think he was just in a party and he didnt notice the dice roll box (its on the side)

 

Yeah I just try to cover as many bases as possible with my posts so they can try different things, but it is more than likely a party issue as I had another player having a similar issue and they forgot they were in a party.
