Help please,I can't pick up green items

    Please anybody help me ican't pick up any green items in game
    Why? how should i do?....T^T:sad:

    are you in a group? if you can't pick up items and are in a group check the distribution setting and make sure it is set on normal and free-for-all. This is bugged in aion so that even if your group member is in a totally different area and had nothing to do with the kill you still can't pick it up because he has equal rights to the item.
