My Silence skill dont work on "some" players

    Today in abys at core, i was fighting with other nation characters.

    My Silence Arrow skill work normal but, not on Ultra(elyos lvl 55) and its not the first time. Always against Ultra. I don't want to accuse nobody here.

    Its my skill bugged ?

    Any answer its appreciated.

    Either it resists or they use a healing potion to get out of it.

    they have high m resistance that explains it a lot!

    Maybe i am wrong, but when i cast Silence Skill, after the damage it says "X" was silenced or "X" is not longer Silenced
    I don't see that in my case.
