Missing npc's

    hey guys

    ok basically, i got to the help board, and click special items and then click the special armor npc's, it says there in sanctum in that building with the remodelling person. and i go there and the npcs arent there

    is that me missing npc's or a patch or have they not been implemented?

    Most special armors are obtained from events/credit shop, so it's probably not around for a reason.
