Help About Character Stuck

as the title says, i dont really know what happened I was just in heiron city last night then suddenly i was falling then my client hanged, now when i login to Jubei my game hangs but i can login without problems using my other characters. Someone said it was a guardian bug i think because there was 1 person who transformed into a giant guardian thing. not really sure what it's called. I hope someone can help me asap thanks!

 

Try using one of your other characters and PM a GM to see if they can port it out. If that doesn't work you will need to go to the main site, www.crystalaion.com, and make an Unstick Player Request ticket after you login there. Sadly you will have to wait for the next server restart before you see anything happen.

Ah okay that's good then.

 

ill give a few more details on what happens when i login with Jubei, as it hangs i can only see my skill bar, the mini radar map, and my hp bar. i cant take SS of it, i cant use Alt+tab to minimize the game i have to use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to access the task manager which it says that my aion client is not responding. thanks!

 

Can you use any scrolls or return to go back to a town?

 

no, the game hangs before i could do anything.

 

i was able to take a ss now of what it looks like but i still cant use the search function,tp scroll,return, and chat.
