Stuck to my Work Order Alchemy Quest Lvl 499 And Weaponsmithing Lvl 499

I got a problem with this Alchemy Work order in lvl 499 no quest cant learn alchemy,I been Crafting and i got Crashed Aion then i Open Aion Game when i Back to the Game when i click Work Order in Diana Quest Order its been enter and no have any Work Order to me or nothing inside after clicking Work Order.

Same to my WeaponSmithing Stuck in Lvl 499 Same problem to my Alchemy Craft, Im sure this is buged Becuase my Cooking Lvl got Lvl 500 and i finish my last quest and whole Work Order in Cooking. Sorry for my bad english,Please can you fixed my Problem And got Crashed every Got Work Order or Something Like Clicking the other Private Store.
