Credit Problems PLS HELP !

    Today i bought some credits for 30 euro (6500 Credits) and i trade them for some epic stuff .... the problem is when i watch on the site, what i have in my inventory, the stuff is their but no ingame ... so i hope some1 can fix or help me. Thx anyway
