Calculate Magical Critical Rate

OK, server is updating so spell critical will be implemented. Let me know if you face any problems with it.

 

they just make game as in retail !!!!!! make it fair for all !!!!!
and all classes with abg are op !!!!!!!! lol - rengers - glads - sms all
and is imposible to make 7k with gl shard with 2.6 k mb !!!!! I have full pvp attack and make 6.8k with 3.1k mb !!!!!! is prety imposible - or that guy is buged or idk - but is imposible !!!!!

 

Put in mind that when a spell crits it does INSANE damage.

I played a sorc on retail for 8 months.

I dont know the formula but i do know a critical spell doesnt happen often. its rare due to the amount of damage it does.

 

Yes its hard to make critical and when it does its 1.5x from normal attack...

 

I don't think the same formula of physical crit applies to a magic crit. Just like what others say there is no Magical crit stones so prolly its chance is a bit higher in calculation but a bit lower in chance to succeed since it's impossible to reach 300-400 Spell Crit. Crit Spell scroll gives 60 or 40 addition while Crit Strike scroll gives 120.

I think it was probably 15 Crit Spell = 2 percent chance to crit.

when i said 10k its the minimum btw,,, its gos to 11k and 12k if u dont know about it on plate and on chain can be 10~11

 

will be fun when sorc use his 4k DP skill and it will crit.

 

its matter of percentage when the glad or ranger hit 4k~2k in high lvl skill a sorc hits 6~7 so its matter of percentage

ur attack is high ur crit is low and when ur attack is low ur cirt is high

it will be around 15k~16k

It will be like : gl shard around 5k dmg in normal attk - and around 7-8k in cryt !!!!!!! wtf stop it - u sey only stupid things !!!!!!!(go and play a retail like server and u will see ) - if it 11k in cryt then is bugged and developers will fix it !!!!!

sry but how i sed - if sorcs will hit 11k with gl shard - it's named bug and they will fix it !!!!!! i told u the dmg
GL SHARD - with 2.6mb it should be around 5-6k ; in cryt will be around 8 k !!!! -

 

Can I just ask what the crit cap is?? I heard its 550.

I don't need confirmation from google(not everything that is in google are correct) since what you can see in there were all theories and not the exact calculation. Thus I said "Probably" indicates it's not a sure answer. Only a real dev/NCSoft can confirm the real coding for crit spell. Though I think Evilset will stick w/ 1.5 modifier.
