teleport beluslan problem

    I have lvl 39 and the beluslan don't apear at teleporter, at any teleporter why?

    u need to start the campaign quests in the area be4 teleporters to that place unlock. follow the yellow arrows :p

    by starting the campaign i mean talk to the first person who gives u a list of local quests
