Banned? joke in bad taste?

Good evening I come here wondering out why my acc was banned!
simply because it was killing Elyos heiron in and out of nowhere and took disconnect comes when I try to log an error you can not access the game through this ip!

ta out so that pq tava killing many Elyos? within their city is forbidden? because if I do not know what else I do not see any other reason I believe this nonsense that any competent altor will review the case and surely unban my account!
