silence block physical skills ?

so it wont be changed back as have to be ? or its another imba balance by devs ?

 

Nop it's not an attempt to balance , it's an unexpected bug ... Evilset is working on it .

- Advanced Stigma Fix
- capped atk speed bonus at 50% of base atk speed
- Sub_hand parry and magical accuracy is no longer applied to main hand
- Remove extra crit resist
- Temporary remove Omega from Inggison (causes lag)
- Blind/silence godstones rate decreased to normal
- Greater Healing Potion debuff fix
- Magical boost cap 2600 (retail like)
- Magic resist fixed
- Recalculation of critical attack (retail like)
- Stop godstone on resist or evasion
- Silent target no longer able to use any skill (retail like)
- Added trade items for the NPCs in abyss core
- New NpcInfo command for npc position (reporting)
- Attack speed recalculation for all classes (retail like)

im wondering from where they taking this information......... its major problem and they even not really care to fix it.... since after this update was 1 mroe and they didnt fixed it.........
