because i want this one to be a templar as well? is that a problem? and btw the asmo temp is a guy.. and the elyos one is a girl and i want the girl to be a guy

First of all , I'm only a trainee ... limited admin rights .
In addition , you were asking for a refund in the beginning then right after I made you post the screen of the characters stored on your account , you've changed your mind ...
And another thing is that ... since you haven't lost anything ( because you're active on your elyos templar since you've participated my event ) you can just go ahead and create a new character ... trust me it wouldn't take much longer than to wait for a senior / head GM with the permissions to set your character level back to 54 / 55 or whatever ...
