It's not even official in korea yet, then comes NA, then comes Gamez, we've still got awhile to wait

 

It may be quite some time sadly. We could be looking at several months so I wouldn't expect anything definitive until close to summer.

According to what i had read in this patch a player can build a house is that true or just

Full patch notes and no. Player housing probably won't be around for awhile.

It takes time. It took us several months after 1.9 was released before we went 1.9 originally. Similar with 2.0. It takes time and testing.

will there be a testing server for 2.5 too? like in 2.0 there is one.

 

Dunno. Its possible that their may be cause of the new instances and skills and what not released with 2.5 but I have no actual idea if a test server will be put together.
