Having problem when voting to 5 sites!

Any One Can help me i'm having Problem with voting on 5 sites..We all kow that we can vote every 12 hours... but these are my problems..
-Every 12 hours from the first i start to play(and at the same time start voting) even though i didn't vote it always say "This IP is alread votes please wait for 712minutes"
- Sometimes also i can Vote but not with the 5 sites... i can only vote 1 or 2 out of the 5 sites... the rest sites when i attempt to vote.. it says "wait for 712/640/420minutes etc. etc."
-ALL THESE PROVIDED That i am the only One using my IP address Alone.. its because thier is only one PC in my apartment and i am the only one using my Service Provider..

@Ryan: No one is playing AIOn here.. i have to go to the City before i can see sum1 playin this game... at first 1 week.. i can vote properly.. but on the 2nd week of voting all messed UP...

 

If you are using wifi access to connect to the internet, check if no one else other than you can access it. Otherwise, people may be logging on to your connection @.@

 

Im not usin Wi Fi Sir ... im using Broadband connection(non-wireless) ..

 

im in my apartment too and im using landline connection. O.O

i wonder what's going on?
