how can i open the Recognition of the Preceptors quest?

    i have take it with an other char but i cant remember the needed quests

    i have search and find which ones are to open it but the half was not working so anyone to help me out for a moment?

    only the name of the q and i find the rest

    yeah mate

    i want only the 1st part fot the boots,i have open it before a long time but now the half tell me that i cant open it,the other to do the campain q,other to do pandaemonium q and a lot of stuff

    any idea?

    Yeah like all quest that give good armor -> IT'S BUGGED
    Go donate:D it's annoying but you don't have to much choice sorry. If it could be obtained ing then it would have no use to have it in donation shop. Just like anuhart items(they just take up take up the space):).
