problem in installing

    when i try installing aion, i have this error

    AION ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR LAST TIME IT TRIED TO PERFORM AN OPERATION.
    The server does not support the necessary HTTP protocol. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) requires that the server support the Range protocol header.


    NOTE, i have internet cafe other pc successfully installed aion, idk why other pc have this problem when i installed aion.
