    I try to speak with Taloc s guardian to complete the quest but he imediatelly tp's inside Taloc's Hollow making it impossible to finish the quest

    Same here

    I have found that I am transported to Talocs hollow in Inngerson if I log out and log back in again whilst still in Talocs roots. I died almost immediatly so I'm unsure if you can complete the quest from there.
