    use your skill after the highest point in the jump,

    It's the best to use your skill while you are busy landing. at the 3/4th part of the total jump:

    0: Press jump
    1/4: Jumping up
    2/4: Reached highest point
    3/4: Falling
    1: Landed

    at least 300 ms to Jump Shot.

    At least? Higher ms = worse.
