    Because im lvl 21.. and i cant get in.. i also and tried at lvl 20 and nothing..

    Yeach it is, but in other place, dont remember where, but whole quests in dungeon are bugged.

    if your asmo you can get in. leave altgard headed west and just outside the tunnel is the portal for it. maybe 60m and slightly on the left from the tunnel exit. its against the hill across from the small outpost.
