Mistake adding credits item

Hello.

I added by mistake an Archon Brigade Generals Staff to my chracter Ailena on Lumiel by mistake, because i want the Mastarius Staff, but icons are the same and i choosed the incorrect one. I noticed it when i logged in back to the game.

The staff is at my inventory, untouched, i did not even equipped it.

There is any chance to get in changed for the one i want?

I also attach a pic of my character, warehouse and inventory.

try to trade it for mastarius ingame

 

if you are VIP .try to trade abg staff for masta staff +something else

 

Unfortunately you have to be very careful when choosing items to purchase with credits from the credit shop. We can not exchange your item for the one you want because it was your own mistake. Hopefully you get VIP and trade your item for the correct one you want.

 

Yeah its my fault so its ok if you can do anything

I will keep it, and i think fusion with my actual ABG +15 Staff. I lose 1 stat (the 10%pvp attack at the 2nd staff) and it have less HP and a bit les MB, but i gain 2 manaslots so... i will keep it i think and do the fusion.

I dont want to start a new thread so i post it here with the excuses to the owner of this thread.(it don't affect your problem anyway)

i have sent an email to [email protected] , post a thread on forum also, send a private msg to Carl via forum also regarding one of my first donations.

Till now my donations are around 230 euro in 1 month. All i want is an answer.
Where i can get it?

My "boring" story looks like this:

I saw on the website that you have items who can be bought with points.

I start my donations.

First i charged 2000 points to have the Mastarius Longbow because i saw have a bit more attack then ABG.

Right after, i charged again 2000 points to take the ABG bow to make the fusion with Mastarius Longbow.

After the fusion, all was great, my "beauty" was there nice and shiny . I was happy like a child(on official aion couldn't have this in 5 years of playing).

Anyway , my childhood happiness was gone after relog. The fusion perished and the ABG bow gone.

I dont have any screen shot with ingame bow after fusion. I didnt thought this can happened but i have all the payment details with all my donations 'till now and also my gamezaion history.

My donations didn't stopped after this incident. You can check my account.
