HELP!!! Job Interview tomorrow!!!

eh. never been on an interview. except gettin myself out of trouble with the principal or the guidance office.

hmm heres my guide:

-from how you just made your statement. its really good so u just got to keep it up
-look em in the eye. when your havin a convo. not too much that they'll feel weird lol
-have a good aura on urself. wear decent clothing . and be respectful
-be honest
-reward yourself after the interview to relieve stress

 

lol try to read english books it would help you a lot just like me. speak in english always...and 1 more help, think of the interviewer is just a friend of yours so you wont be nervous...i did that when i applied before but they moved me to web designing instead of a call center agent...LOL

One of the things I would suggest,
is not to say bad things about yourself,
of course not to brag too much too.

I mean if they ask you: do you know how to do this/that,
and you actually don't, tell them that you don't know,
but are willing to learn.

I think saying that you like to learn new things,
is a plus.

But can't say that I'm right,
never had a job interview,lol.



P.S. I would suggest checking around google,
I think there's plenty of articles how to tslk/dress/act on job interviews.

geeez I passed the exam and the initial interview but failed on the call simulation part. Gonna go back for another assessment. I just panicked darn, I could have nailed it!!

They Will be' asking you to' describe yourself or any question that will require u to' describe or explain. Thats the time that they will be' looking on how you express what you Are wanting or trying to' say. Just relax and look in the eyes of the interviewer while you Are talking. Be' specific. When you cant express yourself clearly then you Are through.

you just need to relax and try to be as calm as possible, the worst that can happen is when you get nervous and eat your words.. never use fillers such as ahmmm's, and uhmm's.. try to minimize dead air and be consistent, you just need to show the interviewer that your confident and your not intimidated by the way he/she speaks.

3. what can you do to help the company?

when answering take your time and make sure your in control of the situation.

bdw, i do work in a call center as tech. support

 

for call sims never forget to verify informations like p/n, first and last name, or email address.. paraphrase the customers issue, show empathy make the customer feel that you would feel the same way, give them options on how you would resolve their concerns.. and give them possible solutions..
