omg i can't read the race global and when someone need help u can't see because makert flood.

and that makes the server get lag spikes

i say dev should put 10 to 20 sec cool down to use it again

It's already 10 seconds cooldown.They shoul make it like 5-10 minutes otherwise they'll spam it every 10 seconds with Wtt/Wts/Wtb mesages.

The charge should stay at 10m still.
