not really quite sure what u mean but i think your asking for this?
Computore>Local Disk(C: )> ProgramFiles[you might have two diffrent folders makes sure you check each]>Ncsoft>Aion>Version.ini

ok but i have 1 problem evrytime when i select server its like my game crushes music plays and background moves and wont go further to chooseing sides (ely or asmo) do you have any idea how to make it go further any kind of help is goood that you ! ...

 

theres a faster way, in ur ncsoft launcher, right click aion -> properties
tells u ur client version as well as retail client version

make sure ur ncsoft launcher is set to north america else u wont be able to play. if u need more help ask here

 

try repairing your aion client on ncsoft

 

its nort america and no new update are avaible hmm what els could i try out..

 

she said repair not update (right click aion in the ncsoft launcher and repair)

its not about updating, its about fixing corrupt files

 

Update directx maybe

directx would kick him out sooner (ncsoft screen), he wouldnt get as far as login

but yes aion is a directX 9 game (should run with dx10 too) but wont run with dx11 alone (coz it thinks u just dont have any, cant see it)

download directX 9.0c and see if it helps i guess but doubt this is the issue

u can go to start -> run -> dxdiag to see ur version of directx
