now it made me think if i bought the item (ex:ABG) using my own money. i can do w/e with it right? like sell it to someone irl

It's technically Gamez property, selling anything for money is a bannable offense, so buying them like that is the same thing.

 

RMTs are illegal and any attempts to do one will get you banned.

 

You technically didn't pay for the item you donated for it, and in return were given something for your donation. I know.. same thing but anyway.

I am pretty sure Adieu is right. Selling account etc. is a bannable offense so I would assume items would be the same as you are gaining profit off an account that belongs to the Gamez Network. I'd stick with trades for other items real money trades is iffy and as Beast said is bannable.

 

i know selling account will get me banned because my account is not my property im not gonna do that. after donating you get an item as a gift right? A gift means its yours and do w/e? hmm still confuced

 

It's still a form of RMT for Gamez property, the gift you received is the credits for the donation shop, which you can use on your characters. Since the credits are part of your account, you can't sell those credits either because they are also Gamez property.

In other words just donate, don't use real money on anything other than your own account and donating.

Real money trades are bannable , doesn't matter whether you received the items as a gift , unless you wan't to get permanently banned , do not sell any of your items / accounts whatsoever for money .
