Does anyone accquired and finished the quest, i cant get the 1st quest name Scoring Some Bad Stigma is there a prequest for this for u to acquire it? Im in level 38 now but still no quest on heiron when i talked to Perento pls help me guys.....

 

Umm im doing the one that lets you go in the instance but the NPC that finishes the quest is not there.
