lanching problem

    i tryed to lanch the game and well he get to NCsoft icon and says that its got some probleme....what shuld i do?
    btw
    i already lanched it in the past... i downloaded ne NA version and all this shit ^^

    what is it?

    oprethion system: windows 7 ulitimate 64 bit
    prosesor: AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual core 3800+(2 cpus) !2 GHz
    graphic card : ATI Redeon X1200 (ye old XD)
    any thing else?

    well... as i said.... i have downladed the game all is fine... the lancher downloaded well 2
    and im starting the game from gamez lancher then i wait about 2 min and NCsoft icon is apper i wait some more sec and the comp says that there is a problem and he will try to find selution... well thats it
