Premium is missing now that VIP expired?

How do I go about getting the proof that I purchased Premium from the dashboard exactly to get it reinstated?

Yeah, I have a few of them. I just recently traded a full ABG Cloth clean set, and screenshotted the transaction.

 

then you have your proove that you had VIP

 

Send proof that you had VIP that expired to a gamez admin to retrieve your premium.

 

Lol im encounter the same problem, my premium is gone after vip session expired

 

Send any of your proofs about premium membership to admin@gamez.

 

Proof: I can provide more recent ones also if needed.

How to check the history of premium purchased? there is no record..
the VIP trade is not proof of your premium account

 

Thats what I was looking for, theres no information in the user dash that proves I had it.

Here the picture of 2nd purchased of my premium account... I know it useless to post it now coz i dont keep any record for the previous purcased. Im wasting another 1.5k credit for it

I'm gonna have the same problem here, I bought VIP just a couple of days before the change, and personally I thought VIP always defaulted to premium once it ran out, so I saw no reason to take a screenshot... So now when my vip runs out, I'll have to buy premium again :\ How could you "prove" you had premium if you never screenshotted that? >.>

 

Be sure you send emails to [email protected] with any proof you have.
