chat log and screenshots are missing and it couldnt help in our trade

i need help from an admin or anyone coz my chat log isnt updating and my screenshot folder is empty no matter how many ss i make...my problem is this guy had a trade w/ me and i was shocked that the items he gave me was not the items were suppose to trade.
now i want my items back he wont give it to me. he gave me nhdk set but what i said before was NHDE and i know i never said NHDK and K is far from E in my keyboard. he said that according to his log i said nhdk but i know myself i said nhde. i know i have fault too for not checking the stuffs. and what's worse is my folder is not updating. my chatlog is not updating so is my screenshot folder. too bad this my this guy is my countrymen. to this guy you can have my items may karma rin pra sa mga taong kagaya mo, kalahi mo na tinatalo mo pa. swerte mo may problem sa file folder ko.

yup i tried to fix my folder, update the entire game and still my SS folder is not working properly and my chatlog

 

i fixed everything now...repair w/ ncsoft launcher then reinstall gamez launcher...its ok now
