    You can buy it from the NPC outside the weaponsmithing area @ Pandaemonium,no idea bout elyos
    Make sure you have the 2.0 NPCs.pak though*its in my sig*

    yo Mel, i've downloaded your npc.pak, put it the right location and i stil lcant buy sold out heliotrope powder.. does it have anything to do with the fact im elyos?

    Sure its in
    NCSoft > Aion > Data > USA > Npcs?

    If that aint working then try replacing the one in
    NCSoft > Aion > Data > Npcs

    Not sure if its tradeable or not,never really tried trading it

    only thing you need to modify is the NPCs.pak

    Ahh then NPC.pack. I know you need to change something else you can't buy it. And if I know it right they can't be traded only if you already crafted the crystals from them.
