Why i Can't Log in?? Am i Ban?? T_T

    Hi any GM can Help me.. i went to work in the morning and after i arrrived this evening i cant log in my account and my brother's account too.. it say "u can't access through this IP" o_O .. please help.. Thanks in advance.


    Character Name: 1st account = Niceguy.... 2nd account=Draktor
    Account Name:1st account=dead3nd....2nd account=d3adstrike
    IP Address: well there's no really permanent IP address coz sumtimes i Play at home nd sumtimes i play in my office and sometimes we play in the internet cafe

    issue is being investigated. Also it would be helpful if you provide screenshots of all char names on your accounts (drop down menu when you select character for .. buying item). You can send screenshots to my PM.
