VIP Issues

    Alright I am having problems after buying a VIP membership. I purchased the membership last night at around 11pm EST for both my girlfriend an I's accounts. We've relogged continuously since I've purchased to see if the effects have kicked in. Right now at about 7PM EST, I still have none of the effects. Can't trade certain items such as anuhart gear an stuff like that, gold drops are staying the same, Item drop rate appears to be the same, so to me none of it is working an none of it is working for my girls account either. I would like to ask an admin to take a look at this and if they could get it repaired asap cause I spent hard earned money to purchase that an right now I feel as if I'm not getting what I paid for.

    Alright I did a search for the 2.1 item pack but I'm only coming up with results for 2.0. What area of the forums should I go look in cause the search isn't pulling up anything for 2.1
