Cant teleport

    I've started a new char and once I got to Sanctum I can only teleport back to starters zone.

    What do I do ?

    Make "Dispatch to Altgard" Quest.Then talk to the BG of that City to unlock the Teleport to Morheim then do the same in Morheim to unlock Beluslan.
