he think that GM have taken his items, coz onley GM can take items from acounts without others telling them theyr ID and Pass. coz they have all the the ID and PASSWORD in the game.
But i never heard of an GM that have stolen items,,, they are Gm and they have best items in game so they dont need other's items.

The GMs dont know anyones Passwords, and only Senior GMs or above can take or receive items.

1.) This is a private server. Database hiccups, stuff disappears. It happens. GMs have no reason to take random crap away from you.

2.) Authorities? Loss of digital property works if the contract you sign electronically states that what you purchase is in fact yours, but in this case, no. Technically it all belongs to NCSoft. You could report them, but...

Only an SAM or higher can help you, I'll try and see if one is available to help you but I can't guarantee anything.

Add on to what beastie had mentioned: GM's can't handle lost items/scammed items. All we can do is ask you is to gather up proof and post on the forums so Senior AM's or higher (eg. Head GM, Admin) can see it and return the items if your evidence is valid.
