help me,,, I lost some of my items

    my missing items and armor.
    This incident really makes me confused ...
    1. I lost items, kinah, and crafting materials at my character,, Templar nick charcater = battlewhite

    2. then I create a new character with Ranger Job

    yesterday afternoon all of my items are still incomplete

    but my items were really - really lost.

    only evidence of this can I give.
    Please Help Me GM....Pleaseeeeee!!!

    either u were doing some illegal actions and carl deleted your items

    or

    you got keylogged in a cafe (per say you play in a shop)

    Check your screenshots on your computer, check purchase history if you bought any in the credit shop.

    the same problem(i think)got it one legionmate of me and we dont know what we should do to collect proofs

    we try to give him kinah,any ammount and after relog he lost em

    only in his one char and he play from his home and only he knows the pass
