NEEd HELP items.pak 2.1

Well i had a problem some time ago puting 2.0 items .pak, finally i found a solution but now i got the same problem with 2.1. Can some1 help or gimme any tips? ill really apreciate it.

I need the same solution this guy gave me, but thats 2.0 now i need it for 2.1 since i dont have an USA folder and if i put items.pak 2.1 into data/items, my client gives me that fail to initialite game.
