So im a noob... (Question)

Can someone please inform me about this 'VIP' status?

Im getting the hint that it allows a player to trade untradables of some sort?

No flaming etc, ive tried searching for it and looking through the recent updates but i cant find anything and i would rather have a straight forward answer for the lovely community

 

yeah u can trade pretty much all things that r untradable even with the items.pak right now

there was a problem with it recently that if u had prem and bought VIP and then it expired, u lost prem along with it. it should be fixed now

anyways prem lasts just 30 days then u have to buy it again

and yeah even as a VIP u still need to have an items.pak to trade the stuff (removes client side restrictions)

 

Time to be a nab and find all the latest Game Clients, Launchers, Item.paks etc...

Basically what you said is right. VIP can be obtained through the credit shop for 1500 credits and is only usuable for a month and then you have to repurchase it again. It increases the rates more than premium does and allows players to trade normally untradable items.

VIPs -> VIPs
VIPs -> Non VIPs
NonVIPs can not trade to VIPS

the current client is 2.1.0.3 (im still running 2.1.0.2 just fine), use ur ncsoft launcher to update

the npcs.pak is only really needed for some npcs like the one that sells the things u need to extract magical aether. i have it in my 2.0 items.pak guide

 

Trades between servers do-able now or do i need to speak to someone high up?

 

So Gamez is actually upto date with retail?

 

u can use the forums to trade between server but people will have to make a char on the other server for that

if u want ur gear moved ur gonna have to ask some1 higher up (idk if they even do it)

The only way trades between servers happened before was through asking someone on another server to trade stuff of equal value you to you for your stuff. Sadly GM's don't do any type of trading between servers to that effect.
