Templar/Cleric/Ranger/SpiritMaster - Which best solo?

Previously, I made a question thread, and with your generous help, decided on:

Elyos (4 characters):
Templar
Cleric
Ranger
SpiritMaster

and the other 4 classes for Asmo.

Now, I am pretty sure Chanter is the best solo class among [Gladiator/Assassin/Sorcerer/Chanter], because Chanter is generally agreed as the best solo class, even in official server.

By solo, I don't mean just leveling. What I really mean, my purpose is to travel/explore/access all places without much worry, and able to take on elites or even miniboss on my own, should they block my way.

But what about Elyos side? Which class among [Templar/Ranger/Cleric/SpiritMaster] is able to do that?

Ranger is definitely out of the way...too squishy for elites/bosses...
Templar, meh, it can tank...but not much recovery, nor high dmg out to take enemy down fast enough...
Cleric...high survivability...but damage? Not sure...
Spiritmaster has pet...able to heal pet...hmm...really not sure..


What do you guys think?

 

Honestly, the best solo class Assassin and Cleric. Chanters are far away from being the best for solo's. Chanters are a badly done setup when compared to the abilities of other classes out there. Try them with a stigmas system, you'll see what the hell I'm talking about.

People can say Chanters are good when the player is good but Chanters will and always will be owned by the superior class that's being played by a good player.

Cleric can dispel debuffs and trust me, that shit is a life saviour, the amount of zergs I saviour because of how fast I react to a debuff. They're beast with block/mr build. Assassin's are sick and dangerous, and can stay hidden permanently . Also the skills to detect them are a 10 min cd which is benefits extremely you can get pass groups and stay behind till only 1/2 remains. Badass. The bad thing for Assassin users is that you'll need damn good ping to be a massive threat.

Edit: Wait are you talking about only PVE?

I am still new to Aion, haven't explored the world at all, it's quite a sight, really...especially after you boost the graphic by the system.ovr.

Well then I'd say it's Templars and Clerics. Both use shield and can tank the damage well, Templars would hardly have to rest too, Cleric because of root and dot skills etc. If it's for bosses, you'll likely always need a group for it.

 

SM is best solo class, because u have tank, ranger, dps, healer all in one
