think it might be more useful to explain why thats happening if u have nothing else to say (better than repeating the same thing) lolz

the reason is that thx to this being a high rate servers, u often skip over levels in cases such as turning in a quest. u only get the skills for the level u just reached (while not getting the ones u skipped over). this is why the command was put into place

sanctum/pandaemonium in the crafting street

u will need a modified npcs.pak or the npc wont sell it to u, u can get it in my sig (ill make it a separate installer since a lot of people asked for it lately and i have it grouped together with the 2.0 items.pak)

 

I dont know if u can buy aether extractor but try in inggison general merchant.
