To all players keep in mind

if you have an important items you are wearing ABG's donated items or any abyss items you need to take pictures screenshots before.. so that if that items will be lost or you are being hacked you will have your evidence of it... and present the ss before and after the incident happens.....

who would ever think about something that is supposed to last for a lifetime like premium account could be lost? user cant do anything to change it.

Ok...now even if you have proof that you owned the item at one point in time, how does that help to prove that you legitimately lost something?

 

people lose their accounts BECAUSE they are hacking. that is typically the case.

 

Umm yeah, how is one to prove one had premium when nobody expected things with premium to screw up, and thus most, like me, had taken no screen shots prior to buying VIP.

 

in picture taking of donation items etc..., should you hover over each item and take a picture or take picture of item for each item, like got ABG set+acc should take picture of ABG chest to show proof of set and one for weapons and one for accessories?

I guess haven't searched forums for a thread that explains how should take picture for your gear restoration, to get it approved.

We can't be entirely sure but we ask for before and after pics of it being missing. We ask for both warehouse and personal inventory, proof of the trade starting and ending and then that it went missing..

 

I find it easier to just take a vid and scroll my cursor over each item for a few seconds.

I would insist on this point of view.

Player might get scammed or his/ her accounts might be hacked, so that would lead logically to the lost of some/ or all items. On the other hand, player might 'fix' the scamming, show the proofs, trick GM and get free items without donating or voting.

As far as I know, it's not so easy to check the logs of someone's trade, if it was made like 1 week ago. As a result, GM will have to give that player the item/s back even if he/ she just gave it to someone for some time to use it.

Server could be scammed by its own Staff because GMs try to help scammed players

There isn't really much they can do. They can check what items you have but no more than that so it really is up to how smart the scammer is. Luckily so far I haven't seen many scammers in Gamez.
